Nearly 75 percent of all American companies have some form of surveillance in place to spy on employees, according to a recent report by the American Management Association. However, only about half of them admit it. Consequently, e-mails, social network site vists, and any other Internet transactions are possibily becoming part of the data that is being collected on you by your employer. I find it rather ironic that the employers surveyed do not admit what they are doing in many instances. I see this as a potential abuse of privacy.
