2011 MA New Literacies Institute

The Lower Pioneer Valley Educational Collaborative was awarded a DESE grant to organize, plan and run the 2011 Massachusetts New Literacies Institute. This year it will once again be held at the Microsoft Research Center in Cambridge MA. the week of July 18-22. Mass New Literacies Institute Follow-up

On Oct 15, 2010 the Massachusetts New Literacies Institute had its first follow-up session at the Microsoft offices in Waltham, MA. 88 teachers attended the all day session. Tom Daccord from EdTechTeacher gave a keynote that has us thinking more deeply about technology integration in the curriculum.
